The Challenge
After designing the FBI’s award-winning Sentinel system, Kaseware’s founders set out to build a version for the broader investigative community.
They needed to unify diverse data — documents, people, locations, and digital evidence — without juggling multiple databases.
The platform had to support document, key-value, and graph models while remaining stable for 24×7 mission-critical operations.
